It is not the employer of any nanny referenced on the platform. The employment relationship is established directly and exclusively between the nanny and the host family. Tiny Care Agency cannot be held responsible for the actions, conduct or omissions of either party in the context of their direct relationship.\n      <\/div>\n      <p>Tiny Care Agency&#8217;s services include: receiving and evaluating nanny applications, receiving and reviewing family registrations, matching both parties based on compatibility criteria, and providing accompaniment and follow-up throughout the process.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <h2>Visa and Legal Status in the United States<\/h2>\n      <p>It is the responsibility of each candidate to ensure she holds the appropriate visa and work authorization to legally work in the United States. Tiny Care Agency <span class=\"highlight\">[works in partnership with [Name of J-1 sponsor] for the management of the J-1 au pair visa \/ does not handle visa procedures, which are the sole responsibility of the candidate and the host family \u2014 choose and complete]<\/span>. Required documents: <span class=\"highlight\">[valid passport, clean criminal background check, other \u2014 to list]<\/span>.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <h2>User Responsibilities<\/h2>\n      <h3>Nanny Candidates<\/h3>\n      <p>Candidates agree to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information, to promptly inform the agency of any change in their situation, to honor all commitments made to the agency and the family, and not to contact host families directly without going through the agency during the selection process.<\/p>\n\n      <h3>Host Families<\/h3>\n      <p>Families agree to provide accurate information about their household, children and expectations, to comply with the compensation terms established by the agency, to apply the guaranteed hours policy, and to treat the nanny with respect and in accordance with the labor laws of their State.<\/p>\n      <p>The host family is the direct employer of the nanny on US territory. Tiny Care Agency does not guarantee a placement, application approval, long-term compatibility between parties, or any specific placement duration.
