Welcome to Tiny Care Agency. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of the website and services.
Agency Status — Intermediary
Tiny Care Agency’s services include: receiving and evaluating nanny applications, receiving and reviewing family registrations, matching both parties based on compatibility criteria, and providing accompaniment and follow-up throughout the process.
Visa and Legal Status in the United States
It is the responsibility of each candidate to ensure she holds the appropriate visa and work authorization to legally work in the United States. Tiny Care Agency [works in partnership with [Name of J-1 sponsor] for the management of the J-1 au pair visa / does not handle visa procedures, which are the sole responsibility of the candidate and the host family — choose and complete]. Eligibility
By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you provide accurate and complete information, that you are legally authorized to enter into agreements, and that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities
Nanny Candidates
Candidates agree to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information, to promptly inform the agency of any change in their situation, to honor all commitments made to the agency and the family, and not to contact host families directly without going through the agency during the selection process.
Host Families
Families agree to provide accurate information about their household, children and expectations, to comply with the compensation terms established by the agency, to apply the guaranteed hours policy, and to treat the nanny with respect and in accordance with the labor laws of their State.
The host family is the direct employer of the nanny on US territory. As such, it bears sole responsibility for compliance with applicable employment obligations: [tax filings, insurance coverage, labor law of the relevant State — to be completed based on the family’s State of residence].

Compensation and Guaranteed Hours
The standard weekly salary established by Tiny Care Agency is $800 per week, corresponding to [X hours per week].
Guaranteed Hours Policy: If the family returns home early or travels without the nanny, they remain obligated to pay the nanny for her full guaranteed weekly hours. Travel with the family entitles the nanny to additional compensation for overtime and nights worked, at a rate of [X $/hour overtime — X $/night].
Matching Process
Submission of an application or family registration does not guarantee acceptance into our services. Tiny Care Agency does not guarantee a placement, application approval, long-term compatibility between parties, or any specific placement duration. Final hiring and placement decisions remain the exclusive responsibility of the individuals involved.
Placement Breakdown

Tiny Care Agency shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue or business opportunities, delays caused by third parties, decisions made by families or nannies, or any incident arising from the direct relationship between the nanny and the host family.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
