From the moment you apply, we take the time to get to know you : your expectations, your needs, and your personality. We then carefully select the American family that best fits your profile, based on your values, your experience, and your lifestyle.
Before your departure, we guide you through every step of the process : administrative procedures, visa, insurance, travel, and practical advice. We also prepare you for your new life abroad : intercultural communication, building a relationship with your host family, daily balance, time management, and cultural integration.
Once you arrive, our team remains by your side. You have access to a Tiny Care contact available 7 days a week, and we encourage connections between nannies living in the same area.
You are never alone: we ensure your safety, your well-being, and your fulfillment.

The Profile We Are Looking For

We support young women who are:
  • With a functional level of English.
  • Serious, responsible, and caring.
  • Holders of a driver’s license.
  • Ready to live a unique human and cultural adventure.
  • With verifiable experience working with children (babysitting, childcare, teaching…)
  • Are you dreaming of discovering the United States in a different way?
