The Program At A Glance
The Tiny Care program allows young French-speaking women to live a professional and cultural experience in the United States, within a carefully selected American host family.
You leave within a safe and structured framework: contract, salary, housing, and support are guaranteed at every stage of your stay.
Tiny Care ensures that each experience is clear, balanced, and enriching for everyone involved.
Program Requirements
Length Of Stay
Minimum 12 months (renewable for 6 months).
Working hours
We select the profiles that best align with what you’re looking for.
Compensation
$800 per week.
Rest & Time Off
2 days off per week + 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.
Accommodation
Private bedroom in the host family’s home, meals included.

Round-trip flight, visa, medical insurance, and liability insurance.
Everything is formalized through a clear and transparent contract to protect both the nanny and the host family.

Once You Arrive
Your host family welcomes you at the airport and helps you settle in. The first days are dedicated to adapting: discovering the home, your neighborhood, and setting up your new routine.
Your daily life revolves around the children: school drop-offs, playtime, activities, meals, homework…
But this experience is also time for you: exploring your city, meeting other Tiny Care nannies, and discovering the United States at your own pace.
