Tiny Care Story

Tiny care was born from a shared dream : connecting worlds, cultures, and hearts. We are two sisters, Roberta and Lara, united by the same passion for childhood and learning.
After several years working with children, supporting families, and experiencing life between France and the United States, we wanted to create an agency that was truly different. An agency at a human scale, where every family and every young woman is genuinely heard, supported, and guided.
Tiny Care was created From the belief this adventure : that an adventure is not

Roberta FRANCOIS, Co-Founder and Training Director
With a degree in personal care and support, currently enrolled in a BSN program and over ten years of experience working with children, I have learned to understand each child’s needs, emotions, and rhythm.
At Tiny Care, I guide future nannies before their departure, prepare them, prepare them, and remain by their side once they arrive in the United States.
Leaving for another country is exciting, but it can also feel intimidating. My role is to make sure they feel ready, confident, and supported throughout the journey.
Lara FRANCOIS, Co-Founder and Host Family Director
After studying and working for several years in the United States, I discovered the richness of intercultural exchange and the beauty of the bonds created between families and young women from abroad. I obtained my bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Florida Atlantic University along with a CORe certificate from Harvard.
Today, I work with American host families. I select, guide them, and make sure every match is adequate to the needs of your family.
My goal is for every family to experience this adventure with the same joy, trust, and peace of mind they would feel when welcoming an older sister for their children.
