How It Works

The Tiny Care program is based on rigorous selection and constant support to ensure a smooth and harmonious placement. Tiny Care remains present before, during, and after the placement, for both you and the nanny.
Family Application

You fill out our presentation form and share your expectations (routines, children's ages, specific needs, etc.).

Personalized Interview

We organize a video call to better understand your lifestyle and the ideal nanny profile for your home.

Selection and Presentation of Candidates

We present you with profiles that match your values and environment. Each candidate has been screened, referenced, and trained before departure.

Meeting and Validation

You talk directly with the shortlisted candidates. The placement is only confirmed after mutual agreement.

Preparation and Arrival Tiny Care

Takes care of all administrative procedures: visa, insurance, and flight tickets. We also support you in preparing your home for her arrival.

Support Throughout the Stay

Our team remains at your disposal at all times: assistance, mediation, advice, and ongoing support.

Terms And Commitments

  • 󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Placement duration : 12 months minimum.
  • 󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Working hours : up to 40 hours per week.
  • 󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Time off : at least 1.5 days per week.
  • 󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Accommodation : private bedroom required.
  • 󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Compensation : paid directly by the family to the nanny (according to the Tiny Care contract).
  • 󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Tiny Care Support : personalized follow-up, advice, assistance, and replacement in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Each family signs a Tiny Care hosting charter based on kindness, respect and transparency.

Nanny Selection

Our nannies are:
  • French-speaking
  • At least 20 years old
  • Experienced in childcare or youth leadership
  • Possess a good level of English and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Prepared before departure through awareness training in safety, communication, and cultural adaptation.
Each profile is meticulously verified: references, diplomas, individual interviews, motivation, and human values.
Tiny Care guarantees reliable, balanced profiles who are truly passionate about children’s well-being.
